All personal loan applicants must be 18 years of age or over and in receipt of a regular income. Loans and interest rates are subject to status. We may use a credit scoring or another automated decision making system. The interest rates at which we lend will reflect our assessment of your personal circumstances and/or your credit score and your desired loan amount. To ensure that our staff provide you with the highest level of service we may from time to time monitor or record telephone calls.
