After receiving feedback from our customers we have tried to make our loans as flexible as possible. We understand that customer's circumstances change and they may wish to pay off part, or all, of the loan, therefore we do not charge any additional fees or penalties.
We charge interest on a daily basis, therefore if you pay off your loan early then you will only have to pay interest for the period of time that you have had your loan, rather than the whole loan term.
We also understand that in some circumstances you may wish to borrow additional money. We therefore offer a top up service for our loans. If you have made a minimum amount of repayments, usually one third of the loan term, on time and in full we may be able to offer you a top up loan. As an existing customer your top up could be arranged quickly and the funds could be with you in as little as 24 hours.
