Sales & Processing Agent
Package: £7.30 - £7.57 per hour + OTE Weekly Bonus + 10% Quarterly Bonus + Benefits
We’re currently looking for sales and processing agents who are brilliant at what they do. We’re talking the bees’ knees. We want the kind of people who could sell a PC to Steve Jobs. (He works for Apple Mac and he’s one of our heroes.)
What we’re trying to say is that a natural sales person should be able to sell anything. Luckily, our product is great, so it shouldn’t pose too much of a problem for you. Your priority will be to give our customers all the information they need to feel confident about the service, and ensure the documentation process is as easy and speedy as possible.
We need you to be happy, confident, motivated and always looking to improve your performance. If you want to do well and earn some excellent bonus here, organisation and good admin skills are a must. FLM is growing all the time, and we love giving new opportunities to our best team players.
Some of your day to day will include:
- Entering details of new loan applications on to the processing system in accordance with the underwriting criteria guide.
- Verifying the information given in the application form and any supporting documents.
- Conducting credit searches relating to loan applicants and/or guarantors.
- Chasing customers for missing documentation and fully completing all administration to the required standard.
- Cross selling any relevant/necessary products.
