FLM – Marketing/Business Development Manager

Package: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum OTE + Excellent Company Benefits

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you probably already have a good idea of the sort of company you want to work for.

Collections Officer

Package: £7.30 - £7.57 per hour + up to 50% Weekly Bonus and up to 50% Monthly Bonus + 10% Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

What is it that makes a company great? At FLM, we believe a major part of a good experience is consistency. When the going gets tough for our customers, we pride ourselves on being there, with their best intentions at heart.

Working in our Collections team isn’t an easy job, but it is one of the most rewarding. You will be in the situation where you can offer tremendous help, as well as comfort and information, to customers who are having difficulties making repayments.

The key to this role is patience and balance; it’s important that every call you take has a positive outcome, and that neither party leaves feeling uncomfortable or compromised. You will be confident on the phone and able to offer excellent customer service.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. What we’re looking for is your ability to make people feel at ease and your negotiation skills. (The ability to make a good cake also goes down a treat in this team.)

Digital Marketing Assistant

Package: £17,500 - £20,000 per annum + up to 30% Monthly Bonus + 10% Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

FLM Team Manager

Package: Up to £31,000 per annum + up to 30% Monthly Bonus + 10% Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

Are you a good manager? Do you have the potential to be great?

It takes all sorts to make a company great; luckily at FLM we have plenty of weird and wonderful people who are all working towards the same goal – to make FLM a huge success, as well as a great place to work.

But we’re missing a couple of people right now. We love our team players, and we’re getting too big to give everyone the support and ongoing training they deserve. As a team manager, this is where you come in.

We’re looking for managers in both our sales team and our collections team. Although the roles will be slightly different, there are a few foundation qualities and skills you should be able to boast about:

• A good grasp of analysing numbers.
• A genuine interest in business.
• The drive to improve yourself and your team straight away.

Sales & Processing Agent

Package: £7.30 - £7.57 per hour + OTE Weekly Bonus + 10% Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

We’re currently looking for sales and processing agents who are brilliant at what they do. We’re talking the bees’ knees. We want the kind of people who could sell a PC to Steve Jobs. (He works for Apple Mac and he’s one of our heroes.)

What we’re trying to say is that a natural sales person should be able to sell anything. Luckily, our product is great, so it shouldn’t pose too much of a problem for you. Your priority will be to give our customers all the information they need to feel confident about the service, and ensure the documentation process is as easy and speedy as possible.

We need you to be happy, confident, motivated and always looking to improve your performance. If you want to do well and earn some excellent bonus here, organisation and good admin skills are a must. FLM is growing all the time, and we love giving new opportunities to our best team players.

Some of your day to day will include:

• Entering details of new loan applications on to the processing system in accordance with the underwriting criteria guide.
• Verifying the information given in the application form and any supporting documents.
• Conducting credit searches relating to loan applicants and/or guarantors.
• Chasing customers for missing documentation and fully completing all administration to the required standard.
• Cross selling any relevant/necessary products.
