Existing Customers receive detailed monthly statements through the post and will soon be able to view them on-line. Our telephone lines are open from 9am to 6pm daily Monday to Friday and our Customer Forum is available 24 hours a day.
An FLM Loan does not require an interview or anyone from FLM Loans visiting your home, the entire process is completed by post and over the phone. Repayments are made simply by direct debit or through debit card payments.
